SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on any order to the continental US. At this time we do not offer shipping to any other location, including but not limited to: Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, international.
RETURNS
Returns are eligible for 30 days from delivery date. Returns past the 30-day mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Because we offer free shipping, return & exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNWORN and in the same condition that you received it.
- Items that have been worn, washed, smell of perfume, smoke, show dog hair, or deodorant marks may not be returned.
- Bodysuits, activewear, legging, bralettes, sale items, accessories & swimwear ARE NOT returnable.
- Items purchased with store credit or a discount code are not eligible for return.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a problem or concern we will contact you via the contact information listed on your Strutbabe account.
EXCHANGES
Our Inventory is constantly changing so exchanges can’t be guaranteed but we will do our best. Please state your request on the packing slip. We will perform the exchange if the item requested is in stock at the time, otherwise
you may expect a refund
DAMAGED ITEMS
In case of damaged items we request you contact us within 2 days of receiving the item via email @info@americanstrut.com

Unfortunately we will not be responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost it will be your responsibility to file a claim.
